Resources Required for Online Mediation
Remote Mediations are conducted online using a online video conferencing platform (Zoom). An online signature application is used to sign the Mediation Settlement Agreement. All parties must have access to a private room for this purpose equipped with the following:
A Computer or Smart Phone with working internet connection, a working camera and microphone
Ability to access emails and signature application such as DocuSign (The Mediation is not complete until all parties sign the Mediated Settlement Agreement and have a copy of the signed agreement)

2. Schedule Mediation
Achieve resolution efficiently with our straightforward mediation process. All involved parties commit to progress by signing an Agreement to Mediate. To initiate the mediation, fees are processed, and a mutually agreed upon date and time is scheduled.
Costs for mediation, unless specifically agreed upon otherwise, are divided equitably between the involved parties. It is important to note that the mediation process kicks off only after all required fees have been successfully paid.

3. Attend Mediation
Experience effective conflict resolution with our skilled mediators. During the mediation session, our mediator plays a pivotal role in facilitating discussions and guiding both parties toward a resolution. If a resolution is reached, the mediator will draft a binding Mediated Settlement Agreement, reflecting the mutually agreed-upon terms.
In the event that an agreement isn't reached by the end of the mediation, parties have options. They may opt for additional mediation sessions to further explore solutions or choose to pursue litigation for resolution.
