Greetings! I'm Rozina, the dedicated owner and primary mediator & arbitrator at One Stop Mediation, LLC.
Driven by a passion for Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), I chose Mediation as it provides a common ground for all parties, facilitated by a neutral mediator. In Mediation, each party becomes the architect of its own solution, fostering resolution with dignity, unlike the adversarial nature of litigation.
As an experienced HR Professional and Project Manager, I understand the constraints faced by working professionals. This is why I offer my mediation services on weekends as well as during and after normal business hours.
With a background in Claims and Referral Processing, I hold approvals as an Arbitrator for the OIC in Washington State, DIFS in the State of Michigan, and Better Business Bureau of Houston. Additionally, I am an approved Mediator for the Better Business Bureau of Houston and Montgomery County DRC. My diverse background uniquely qualifies me to serve as a neutral in various industries.
As a TMCA Advanced Credentialed Mediator with a foundation in Human Resource Management and extensive collaboration with volunteers, I specialize in facilitating compromises that help clients find solutions. My goal is to ensure that clients, upon resolving their disputes, leave with their heads held high. A mutually agreed-upon compromise minimizes the impact on personal or business relationships, allowing parties to continue working within their communities and workplaces with their respect intact.
