Resources Required for Online Mediation

All Mediations are conducted Remotely!

Remote Mediations are conducted online using a online video conferencing platform (Zoom). DocuSign is used to sign the Mediation Settlement Agreement. All parties must have access to a private room for this purpose equipped with the following:

  • A Computer with working internet connection, a working camera and microphone

  • Ability to access emails and DocuSign (Mediation is not complete until all parties sign the Mediated Settlement Agreement and have a copy of the signed agreement)
